MEET THE PROVIDERS & STAFF

MICHAEL D. LIEBERMAN, M.D.

Dr. Lieberman is certified by the American Board of Family Practice and is a fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians.  He graduated from the Chicago Medical School in 1966.  He served his residency at the University of Minnesota and Minneapolis Veterans Administration Hospital.  After his residency, Dr. Lieberman served two years in the U.S. Navy.  He is a Clinical Professor of Medicine at George Washington University.  His professional interests include geriatrics.

 

STEPHEN W. REX, M.D.

Dr. Rex is certified by the American Board of Family Practice.  He graduated from the Ohio State University College of Medicine in 1990.  He completed his residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital.  Although he treats patients of all ages, his professional interests include pediatric and adolescent medicine.

 

ELLEN HODGES, CFNP

Nurse Practitioner Hodges is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.  She received her undergraduate nursing degree from Marymount University in 1987 and her Masters degree in nursing from George Mason University in 1993.  Her professional interests include women and children health issues.

 

PATRICIA ADAMS, CANP

Nurse Practitioner Adams is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.  She received her undergraduate nursing degree from the University of Pittsburgh in 1983 and her Masters degree in nursing from the collaborative program between George Mason University and George Washington University in 1993.  Her professional interests include the care of older adults, women's health and preventative medicine.

 

ANDREA FARWELL, CFNP

       Nurse Practitioner Farwell is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing center. She received her undergraduate nursing degree from the University of Virginia in 2005 and her Masters degree in nursing from the State University of New York at Stony Brook in 2009.  Her professional interests include the management of acute illness, women's health and nutrition/exercise counseling.
