Initial Prescriptions and Medication refill requests are to be completed during your scheduled appointments. You must be seen in person for each Class II prescriptions (prescriptions which require a written prescription and cannot be refilled), at least once every 3 months for controlled substances, and at least every 6 months for prescriptions of non-controlled medications. It is your responsibility to anticipate your refill needs and to schedule your appointments accordingly. We do not refill prescriptions after office hours or on weekends.
Please contact your pharmacy for refill requests. They will either fax or call us with the request. Requests for prescription refills not completed as part of a regularly scheduled appointment may be charged a fee and can take 3-5 days for processing. You may be required to make an appointment for any refill request & can schedule with either a Physician or Nurse Practitioner. If this is the case, we will notify the paharmacy contacting us for your refill & advise them that the patient needs to make an appointment before the refill is authorized.

If the Medical Secretary is not available your call will be transferred to thier voice mail. Please leave a detailed message to include your full name, date of birth, contact phone #'s & the name of your medication(s) so that the call can be returned.
